The reception area is the first point of contact in a premium showroom. It needed to communicate the brand’s quality and design language from the moment visitors entered, while supporting daily reception, consultation and product presentation activities.

Scene
The project focused on a high-end showroom reception area featuring a reception desk, feature wall, material finishes, circulation paths and customer consultation zones. Each element needed to feel visually connected while retaining its own presence within the space.

Solution
SUNPOL developed a complete lighting strategy based on the spatial layout and material palette of the reception area.
The solution combines focused accent lighting for the reception desk and feature surfaces with balanced ambient lighting for the surrounding circulation and consultation zones. Carefully positioned fixtures create visual hierarchy, directing attention toward the most important elements without making the space feel overlit.
High color-rendering lighting was selected to present stone, metal, wood and decorative finishes more naturally. The lighting layout was coordinated with ceiling details and interior proportions to maintain a clean architectural appearance while ensuring a comfortable experience for staff and visitors.
Result
The completed reception area now offers a refined and welcoming arrival experience. Lighting gives the reception desk a clear visual presence, enhances material texture and creates a more cohesive connection between the architectural elements of the space.
